Admissions

Admissions in to any COSMOS campus is a competitive process. We strongly recommend you give your application careful thought and pay close attention to details such as spelling, complete names, etc. The UC Davis COSMOS program receives hundreds of qualified applicants and a decision may come down to your response to a short answer question, or timeliness of submitting your application materials.

The 2013 COSMOS application period will open January 21 and close February 22. You can check your application status online at the COSMOS Statewide website.

If you are not admitted, please don't be discouraged. It is inevitable that we cannot admit all qualified applicants. In 2012 UC Davis received nearly 900 applications for 200 spots - it is simply not possible to admit all qualified students.
